Operator and scope
Deckline is operated by LERWICK AUTOBODY LIMITED at 8 Gremista Industrial Estate, Gremista, Lerwick, Shetland, Scotland, ZE1 0PX. These terms cover our online sale of white-label universal non-safety cabin goods and optional service memberships.
We do not provide vehicle maintenance, inspection, refinishing, bodywork or parts replacement. We do not sell or broker vehicles, vehicle finance, insurance, safety components or monitoring electronics.
Eligibility and account conduct
Children under 13 may not use the site. People aged 13–17 need consent from a parent or guardian. Only adults may place orders or authorize recurring membership charges. Information provided at checkout must be accurate and lawful.
Products, fit and descriptions
All kits are universal, non-OEM and unbranded. Photos show the product type and styling; lighting and screens can vary colour. Dimensions and full contents are published on product pages. You are responsible for measuring the intended cabin area and installing products securely without obstructing airbags, pedals, selectors, steering controls or vision.
Orders and pricing
All prices and charges are displayed and settled in USD. An order is accepted when hosted payment succeeds and we send confirmation. We may reject or refund an order for pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or unlawful use. Destination import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Membership
Pit Lane has no recurring fee. Garage Club and Full Build renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply during an active paid period and may include product pricing, delivery priority, early access, longer return windows and automated styling guidance. Membership is not credit, stored value, a bank account, an investment or a transferable balance. Benefits do not roll over and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Cancel before the next renewal through the payment-provider portal or by contacting support. Cancellation ends future renewals; current-period access continues until the paid period ends unless law requires otherwise.
Responsible use and liability
Stop using any accessory that moves, becomes damaged, blocks a control or creates a distraction. Nothing on the site replaces the vehicle handbook or professional advice for a vehicle issue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect dimensions, unsafe placement, modification, misuse or continued use after a visible problem. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Contact support@lerwickautoo.shop first so we can investigate an order or membership dispute. You may also use rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer law and the payment provider.
